SUBMISSION QUERIES

I am interested in having my work published by Hasotel Publishing House, how should I go about this?

ORDERING QUERIES

I can’t find the book I believe was published by your imprint?

Some older titles have not yet been added to our new website. If you cannot find a title that you expect to find on our bookstore, please contact: order@hph.ng.

How much is delivery and when will my order be dispatched?

Note: Unless otherwise advertised, we aim to dispatch all items within 7 working days.

Where do you ship to?

At the moment, we ship within Nigeria. However under a special arrangement we can ship orders to outside Nigeria. Please note that standard shipping rates shall apply.

Do you have eBook or Audiobook?

I have made a mistake with my order, who should I contact?

Can I get a signed copy of one of your titles?

Unless advertised on the product page, signed copies are not available to order. However, you can get signed copy only for titles written by our authors.

GENERAL QUERIES

Are your books also available to purchase elsewhere?

Yes, our books are widely available in Nigeria at good bookshops like Roving Heights books. Also our books are available on AMAZON. To order a book from your local bookshop or an online retailer, simply quote the ISBN of the book, and they should be able to source this for you, if it is in stock. In many instances, just the title or the author name should be enough.

Are your books also available as eBooks through other retailers?

Yes, where an eBook edition of a book is available, this will also be published on Amazon Kindle, iBooks, Kobo, Google Books, and many other eBook retailers.

I would like to contact an author, how do I do this?

Please use the Contact Us page, and we will pass on relevant queries where possible.

I would like permission to quote, perform or use material from one of your books, how do I go about this?

Please use the Contact Us page, and your query will be dealt with by our Rights Manager.

I would like to stock your books in my shop. How do I go about this?
